Who we are

Vetted Remodel is a contractor referral service, not a contractor. We connect homeowners in the South Bay area with independent licensed contractors. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our site and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a contractor match, we collect the information you enter in our form: your name, phone number, project address and city, project type, budget range, timeline, and any project details you choose to share. We also collect basic technical information such as the ad campaign that brought you to our site.

How we use and share it

We use your information for one purpose: matching your project with one independent licensed contractor and letting that contractor contact you about your project. We share your submitted information with that one matched contractor. We do not sell your information to lead lists, data brokers, or multiple companies.

Phone contact and text messages (TCPA consent)

When you submit our form, you check a box agreeing to be contacted by phone, text, or email by Vetted Remodel and one matched licensed contractor regarding your project. We record the exact consent language you agreed to along with your submission. We send a one-time text message with a verification code to confirm your phone number. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out of further contact at any time by telling us or the contractor to stop.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) and similar technologies to measure ad performance. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can limit ad tracking through your browser or device settings.

Data retention and your choices

We keep lead records for as long as needed to operate the referral service and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by reaching out through the contact information on this site. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know and the right to delete.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
